Our Function Centre is located in the Wynnum Manly area of the Brisbane Bayside region. Our Function Rooms are fully licensed and we can provide catering suitable for your event. The front function room, featuring easy access via porte-cochere, Juliet balconies, skylights, large dance floor, chandeliers and dimmed lighting system, CD player and radio microphones, telephone, data and video infrastructure as well as Wi-Fi internet access. The Regency function room is suitable for weddings, conferences, seminars, larger celebrations and parties. Using our inbuilt partitions, the Regency Room can also be adapted for smaller functions.

Accessed via the side porte-cochere also, the Sylvia Room has 6m high ceilings with rigging points, removable chandeliers, theatrical lighting bridge, three phase power outlets, garden views, sound system, dimmers, as well as the same data, video and phone cabling systems as the other function rooms and of course a Wi-Fi internet access point. The Sylvia function room is suitable for weddings, conferences, seminars, larger celebrations and parties.

Shangri-La Gardens is three inter-related businesses. The Function/Reception Centre which has been Shangri-La Gardens's traditional business for the last 50 years. A 41 room motel opened early in 2006 and the fine dining restaurant and wine bar opened in September 2006.
