There are five magnificent venues for you to consider holding your event. Our function rooms are fully licensed with delicious catering and beautiful styling suitable for any occasion. Located at the front of the function centre with an impressive Porte Cochere entrance, the Regency Room has a spacious, light and airy feel, with interiors that are understated yet luxurious. Exquisite chandeliers are featured throughout, along with an impressive multi paned skylight and two LED cherry blossom trees at the entrance, the Regency Room is sure to impress.
Featuring a tiered balcony for that all-important group photograph, a private bar and private amenities the Regency Room is the perfect setting in which to celebrate the beginning of the rest of your life together.
The Regency Room also provides a dimmed lighting system, CD player and radio microphones, data and video infrastructure as well as Wi-Fi internet access.
This room can accommodate 200 people in theatre mode or 120 people in banquet mode.
With side doors that open out onto the lush and extensive gardens, the Sylvia Room creates a feeling of old world opulence and warmth. Beautifully draped curtains are a feature of this room and create a lovely intimate space, perfect for your special day.
A private bar and amenities make the Sylvia Room a fully self-contained haven for your celebrations. In addition, the Sylvia Room features 6 metre ceilings with rigging points, removable chandeliers, theatrical lighting bridge, three phase power outlets, garden views, sound system and dimmable lighting system in addition to data, video and Wi-Fi internet access.
This room can accommodate 150 people in banquet mode or 250 people in theatre mode.
The Whole Venue
If you are looking for a larger venue Shangri La Gardens may be the perfect option. The Regency Room & the Sylvia Room open to form one large space, perfect for those couples looking to invite more than just close family and friends. The space is completely open, without the distraction of supportive pillars or columns, ensuring all your guests enjoy an uninterrupted view of the proceedings. This option gives the best of both worlds with luxurious fittings and styling. There is a minimum requirement of 180 people for this option. Maximum capacity in banquet mode is 350 people.
Whether for a small celebration, meeting or seminar, the Boardroom exudes elegance with its magnificent boardroom table and timber panels offering an opportunity for all your guests to enjoy each other’s company in intimate surroundings. The Boardroom features chandeliers, opulent fittings & traditional style and Boardroom hire includes data and video infrastructure and wi-fi internet access. Suitable for corporate events, meetings, workshops, training courses, private dining, smaller celebrations and family celebrations. Banquet mode seats 24 people. A buffet menu is not available for this room.
Our meeting room is perfect for smaller meetings, interviews or small family celebrations. Meeting Room hire includes Wi-Fi internet access. Banquet mode seats up to 10 people.
The large tropical gardens feature a lovely pergola, lush lawns and shady shelters, making it a popular area for wedding ceremonies, outdoor parties and pre-dinner drinks. Ideally suited for garden weddings and celebrations, Shangri La Gardens is the perfect choice if you are planning a garden wedding ceremony. The extensive gardens have several spaces suitable for your ceremony including the delightful garden gazebo, an open raised deck area,
open lawn areas and a romantic bridge over the lily pond. Our gardens are truly beautiful and feature towering shade trees, tropical palms and mood lighting.
If you are looking for a more modern style wedding reception, Sylvia’s Restaurant and Wine Bar could be the ideal choice. Sylvia’s Restaurant will be transformed into a stunningly sleek and stylish venue for your wedding reception. Sylvia’s features an intimate cocktail bar, a covered terrace overlooking the pool, along with floor to ceiling glass doors and an LED cherry blossom tree in the centre. Sylvia’s can accommodate 60 to 80 guests.
Sylvia’s is also available for pre-wedding & rehearsal dinners, family meet & greets, or a delicious breakfast the morning after your wedding for you & your guests. There is a minimum 20 guest requirement to open for breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday.
